We welcome applications from all families and strive to make the admissions process as smooth as possible. Here’s how it works:
Parents can contact us via phone, email, or our website to express interest in enrolling their child at Nappy Gang Nursery. We will provide information about availability, fees, and arrange a visit to the nursery.
We encourage parents to visit our nursery to see our facilities, meet our staff, and get a feel for our environment. This is also an opportunity to discuss any specific needs or preferences for your child’s care and education. We will go over
After the visit, and a space being avilable parents will be asked to complete an application form and contract form. This form collects essential information about the child, including any additional needs or medical conditions. We also ask for relevant documentation such as parents ID, proof of address, child's birth certificate & child's imunisation page in the red book.
Once the application is reviewed, and the available space at the time is agreed with both parties then a deposit is asked to be paid to secure the available space. Once management has confirmed the deposit has been paid via email that available space will be secured.
To ensure a smooth transition, we offer settling-in sessions where the child can gradually get used to the nursery environment. These sessions are tailored to the child’s needs, helping them feel comfortable and secure. The room leader of the child's room will give the parents a phone call to go through settling in times, things to bring in, the rooms routine and answer any room based questions.
