At Nappy Gang Nursery, we aim to provide high-quality childcare at an affordable price, ensuring that every family has access to the best early years education for their child. Below is detailed information about our fees, payment options, and available funding.

Our fees are structured to be clear and straightforward, covering all aspects of your child’s care, including meals, snacks, and most activities.

We offer several convenient payment options to suit your preferences:

• Direct Debit: The most popular method, allowing for automatic payments each month.
• Bank Transfer: Payments can be made directly into our bank account; details will be provided upon request.
• Debit/Credit Card: We accept payments via major debit and credit cards.
• Standing Order: You can set up a standing order for regular, fixed payments.
• Invoices are issued monthly in advance, and we kindly ask that all payments are made by the 1st of each month.

We are pleased to offer various government funding options to help with childcare costs:

• 15 Hours Free Childcare: Available to all 3- and 4-year-olds, providing up to 15 hours of free childcare per week during term time (570 hours per year).
• 30 Hours Free Childcare: Available to eligible working parents of 3- and 4-year-olds, offering up to 30 hours of free childcare per week during term time (1,140 hours per year).
• Tax-Free Childcare: This scheme allows working parents to receive 20% off their childcare costs, up to £2,000 per child per year (£4,000 if your child has a disability).
• 2-Year-Old Funding: Some 2-year-olds are eligible for 15 hours of free childcare per week, depending on family income and circumstances.

We accept childcare vouchers from all major providers. Childcare vouchers are a tax-efficient way to pay for your childcare, offered through your employer’s scheme. If your employer offers this benefit, you can use vouchers to pay for all or part of your nursery fees.
